Shipping Methods:
All items ordered online will either be sent via USPS or available to be picked up in store.
For in store returns:
The Crown College Campus Store will accept returns and exchanges in store when presented with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, free of damages, and all clothing must be returned with all Campus Store tags still attached. Returns will be made in the same manner the customer previously paid. Exchanges will be for equal value of the previously purchased product.
For online order returns:
If you need to exchange or return an item you ordered online from our website, repackage your order and ship to the following address within thirty days of receiving your purchase:
Your return package should include all original packaging, paperwork, and receipts. For exchanges, please write "exchange for" on the receipt with either the SKU, size, or item description. The Campus Store will credit the same account we originally charged on your order. Standard shipping charges will be applied to orders that are reshipped.
